1. Who We Are
   BlaqAura is the customer-facing apparel brand of B2A APPAREL, INC., an Ohio corporation wholly owned by BUILT TO ACHIEVE, INC. (“BlaqAura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of blaqaura.com and purchases made through the site.

2. Orders and Acceptance
   Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
   We work to describe and display products accurately, but colors may vary by screen and handmade or production details may have minor variations. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Limited-release items may sell out. Preorders are disabled unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

4. Payments
   Payments are processed by third-party payment providers available through Wix checkout. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers. Your payment provider may apply its own terms, security checks, or authorization requirements.

5. Processing and Shipping
   In-stock orders normally require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. We currently ship within the United States; international shipping is not available. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. If an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide notice and any options required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Cancellations and Order Changes
   Contact info@blaqaura.com promptly if you need to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If cancellation is possible, any refund will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Returns and Refunds
   A return request must be submitted to info@blaqaura.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Do not send a return before receiving authorization and return instructions. The return address is provided after authorization.

Customers pay ordinary return shipping. BlaqAura pays reasonable return shipping for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

Final-sale, personalized, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable when clearly identified on the product page, except where law requires otherwise.

1. Intellectual Property
   Site content, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BUILT TO ACHIEVE, INC. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit site content without prior written permission.

2. Acceptable Use
   You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods that burden the site, or use the site for unlawful activity.

3. Third-Party Services
   The site may use Wix and other third-party services for hosting, checkout, payments, analytics, communications, and delivery. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

4. Disclaimers and Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BUILT TO ACHIEVE, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or a purchase.

   Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.

6. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any permitted court proceeding shall be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Franklin County, Ohio, unless applicable law provides another required venue.

7. Changes
   We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
